  We were long time customers of Lonnie Tant's Italia East. The new owner, Jackie, greeted us and seated us. While I miss the old decor of record jackets the new decor is really nice.
  
  Unfortunately that's where the "nice" stops. We waited 50 minutes on our food. Then when it arrived it was at room temperature. The garlic knots and garlic bread were on the wrong plates but that wasn't a big deal other than it indicates an inattention to detail. "Inattention" is what best describes the sole waitress.
  
  Back to the food. The new menu is missing some of our old favorites from Italia East but still is varied and reasonably priced. 1/2 portions are available for most dishes and they are more than sufficient. While the garlic knots were good they were a long way from Lonnie's knots.
  
  My wife ordered the Lasagna with Chicken and Alfredo. Sounded interesting but we'll never know. She was served Fettuccine Alfredo with Chicken. it was good but...
  
  I ordered Spaghetti with Meatballs. The spaghetti and sauce were good but the meatballs were dry and tasteless.
  
  Not sure we're going back.

  terrible management. Literally waited for 2 and a half hours for our food. even messing up our order. We asked several times how much longer we would have to wait and kept getting told "it's coming out of the oven now". After speaking to a manager, we never received an apology and she even walked away without a word while we were still talking with her. When she walked out of the room, she obviously didn't realize we could still hear her, but she was bad mouthing our table because of our complaints. After more waiting, she finally returned with an even worse attitude and asked us "Well what do you want me to do about this?" All we were looking for was an apology and explanation. NOT RECCOMENDED BY ANY MEANS.
