- 1 / 5By Tara FosterCustomer service has a lot of room for improvement! Ordered my daughters birthday cake on Wednesday morning for pick-up on Saturday at 3p. They called me today on Friday at noon to let me know that they didn't have the cake kit to make it & they didn't know why it was available to order online? I understand that things like this can happen but they didn't offer to make another cake, a workaround or anything!! It would've been nice to know on Wednesday that they couldn't make the cake considering my daughters birthday is TOMORROW & its hard getting the cake you want on short notice! We always get our cakes here. Not anymore! Very disappointing!May 14, 2017

Took 2 hours to inflate 21 small balloons and 1 Skywalker and i was told it would take a few minutes. The sky walker ended up in the ceiling of kroger, i was late to my sons party. Im never going back!!!! Horrible and it was 50 dollars in helium and she did them wrong and they ended up on the floor half way through the party!!!!January 02, 2017
